File Transfer

Digital uploads

Since we deal with hundreds of files on a weekly basis, we have set up our own Web File Transfer system.

If you just need to quickly send us a file, use the Anonymous button on our Web File Transfer log in page, fill in the form and upload it directly to our server.

If you will be sending us files on a repeated basis, we will set you up with your own company login and password. Once logged in, you will only see your folder. Within this folder, you will be able to view the files you have uploaded, remove files, create sub-folders, and many other features. This is the easiest and most secure way of providing us files.

Also, your Web File Transfer credentials can be used to connect to your folder via FTP. This method can be better for transferring very large files, or if you have a slow/intermittent internet connection.

No matter which route you choose, please compress all your files into a .zip archive before sending.

If you have questions or get stuck in any way, please contact us so we can help.

FTP Clients

If you prefer to use FTP to transfer files, use an FTP client. Two of our favourite open source FTP clients are:

  • Cyberduck
A full featured FTP client with a nice user interface. Available for Mac and Windows.
  • Filezilla
    A lightweight no-nonsense FTP client.

  • Please note that using Windows Explorer is not supported as an FTP client.
