Kongsberg MultiCUT iXL24

The Kongsberg i-XL24 is a digital cutting system equipped with i-cut camera-based registration. It has multiple quick change cutting tools to handle a variety of different materials.

How does it work?

Registration marks are printed around the trim area. The i-cut camera on the Kongsberg recognizes these marks automatically, and adjusts the cut path to compensate for skew, rotation or distortion of the printed image. This means that each piece is cut perfectly, no matter where is is on the sheet, or where the sheet is on the bed.
